We aim to dispatch all goods from 1 to 3 days after receipt of the order. Delivery is via Royal Mail or independent courier companies.
Yes we are able to deliver outside of the UK however the delivery costs will be an additional charge. Please email us to enquire about the rates for delivery outside of the UK. Rates depend on the dimensions, weight and destination of the order. Any costs that may be levied within your country, for example VAT and customs duty, will be for your own account. We have no control over these costs and cannot estimate them.
We are confident you will love the product you have purchased and we have made every effort to make sure the pictures you see are a true reflection of the items. However, if you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 21 days. Please see our Delivery and Returns policy.
Should the package be damaged on arrival please note this on the delivery receipt from the courier company. Take a photo of the damaged package before opening it. If the goods inside are damaged please email the photo and the copy of the delivery receipt to us. This will help us to follow up with the courier company. We will be in touch to arrange for the goods to be returned and replaced.
